With a modern and open approach the children of the former Internationally successful Jewel Court Stud horses shine in the present and future through their off spring representing the breeding philosophy to become a first-class stud specializing in high quality jumping and dressage breeding.
We aim to breed show jumping horses with enormous jumping ability, elasticity, intelligence and caution as well as riding quality and elegance.
Another important concern is the quality of the mares at Jewel Court Stud. Therefore only the best mares, which were successful in high performance sport and those who have an extraordinary pedigree, are used for breeding.
Jewel Court Stud is exclusively home of the direct children of Olympic Champion Classic Touch. The quality of her bloodline is currently represented by Jewel’s Carat and his rider Marcus Ehning. Stallions such as Jewel’s Carat, Quasimodo van de Molendreef, For Pleasure, Nabab de Reve, Querlebet de Hero, Cardento, Carolus II, Boris van de Kluizenbos, Brown Boy and Dominard guarantee horses that fit our approach.
The same approach is used for breeding dressage horses. Eliane Cordia successfully showed the dressage horses such as Palladium, Garnet and Caracole on International Grand Prix Level. The off spring of Caracole combined with Flemmingh x Loutano blood named Jewel’s Bright Idea is another example following this philosophy.
Additions such as Jewel’s Sir Weihbach filly of the famous Weihegold Championesse Rastede 2008, 2009 and third at the Bundesschampionat 2009 of the Weissena Stam lead the path into the promising future. (Further details with horses name)
